Travis Emerson

Travis Emerson has over 15 years of cyber security software and professional services experience in Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT), and Industrial Controls Systems (ICS). Travis has a proven track record of defining and delivering cyber security software and consulting solutions for use cases that include cyber security, IT/OT operations, and compliance to regulatory standards and frameworks (ex. NERC CIP, PCI, TSA, CIS, NIST, ISO/IEC, etc.).

Travis has worked with hundreds of organizations including many Fortune 500, 1000, and 2000 companies, but also provides a consistent high level of service and support to smaller and mid-sized customers as well.Travis is experienced in providing a seasoned, well-founded approach to solving the most pressing cyber security challenges in various IT and OT / ICS environments that lead to successful and long-term customer partnerships. This stems from his focus on learning and understanding companies’ strategic business initiatives and jointly working with all levels of an organization including C-Suite leadership (primarily CIOs and CISOs), Vice Presidents, Senior Directors and Directors, Senior Managers and Managers, Security Architects, Engineers and Analysts to create and execute on strategic plans that reduce and minimize cyber security & compliance risk and exposure.

Travis earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business with a Minor in Business Administration. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from MidAmerica Nazarene University in the greater Kansas City area. He is well traveled, having spent time in more than 15 countries at various major political and economic centers of Central and South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Finland and Russia while studying Comparative Economics, International Trade and Finance, Global Marketing, and Global Business Strategy and Management with the International Business Institute.
