David Robinson

My name is David Robinson and my 25 year Sales career has been focused in the IT & OT industry covering all verticals and industries, both public and private. I've sold and managed lines of business for large companies such as IBM, Oracle, HP, BMC, CACI, Raytheon, Belden and now Tripwire/Fortra. Some of the many solutions I sold, focused around Automation, Storage, Security, Big Data, Analytics, Content Management, Data Loss Prevention, Cloud and now Cyber Security! As a Senior Software Sales Executive for the Fortra Company brand called Tripwire, I am tasked with meeting enterprise territory revenue goals and growing market-share for the company in Integrity Monitoring, commonly referred to as FIM.  Fortra offers software based solutions in the areas of Offensive Security, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Anti-Virus, File Integrity Monitoring, Data Protection, Secure File Transfers, Email Security and Managed Services.  I am based out of Portland, OR, which is the Tripwire brand headquarters for Fortra.

I attended and graduated from St. John's College H.S. in Washington D.C., as a 2nd Lieutenant in the mandatory JROTC program. Upon receiving a High School diploma, I attended Hampton University in Hampton Va., where I received a Bachelor’s of Science for Business Marketing and also received an MBA in General Management at Frostburg State University!
